The following was again before the House in third reading:                                          
                                                                                                    
    CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 26(STA)                                                                  
    "An Act relating to state employees who are called to active duty                               
    as reserve or auxiliary members of the armed forces of the United                               
    States; and providing for an effective date."                                                   
                                                                                                    
The question to be reconsidered:  "Shall CSSB 26(STA) pass the

Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the                             
effective date clause.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                
                                                                                                    
CSSB 26(STA) was signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk and                                          
returned to the Senate.
